As a fashion lover, you`ll keep an eye on the latest trends and excel at styling and garment presentation, always putting the customer at the center of everything you do.

What you do:

You plan and implement all store campaigns and activities together with the store team following H&M guidelines;
You ensure proper placement and visual presentation of products on the sales floor creating clear stories and wearable buying suggestions;
You monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring that all sizes and styles are readily available for customers;
You maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including folding and arranging clothing;
You analyze Store KPIs andinitiateactionsto reach our businesstargets;
You coach and develop the teamon visual and commercialknowledge;
You follow together with the store team allH&M policies and legal requirements.
