Pactum is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Office Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. This position is responsible for championing a “dream company” culture and supporting the smooth operations of both our Tallinn and remote offices. This is a temporary position.

We are looking for someone who will:

- Maintain a pleasant, modern office place and oversee general workplace operations
Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Support aspects of Human Resources, such as onboarding and training new hires, promoting company culture initiatives, etc.
- Partner with IT to manage company equipment inventory and respond to support ticket requests for system accesses
- Coordinate company events, appointments, and meetings; manage staff calendars and schedules
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Field incoming communication and deliver world-class service to our customers
- Be available in the evenings as needed to coordinate with the U.S. team

You are likely to succeed if you…

- Have 1-2 years of related professional experience in a fast paced environment
- Are fluent in Estonian and in English
- Are open to a full-time, temporary contract with a flexible end-date
- Thrive in companies with rapidly changing priorities, where no two days are the same
- Are comfortable working across multiple timezones (half of our company is in the United States and occasional requirements may arise for providing support)
- Require minimal supervision; you’re a type-A, independent individual who takes initiative and enjoys tackling unfamiliar challenges
- Are highly organized and self-motivated; you roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever help is needed
- Are a people person who takes pride in being the face of the company
