What You Will Do:

•  Identify the performance requirements with business and align with project stakeholders
• Create and execute performance test strategy and test process, interfacing with all level of the application protocol stack
• Cooperate with architects’ team to prepare consistent and targeted testing approach that mitigates risks of performance and stability issues caused by the tested changes
• Understand technical details of existing and planned infrastructure to react with advance to ever-changing environment and update/modify performance validation techniques
• Merge and keep up to date existing documentation and testing scripts catalog to maintain if in accordance with Performance Testing Strategy approach
• Join Ops-driven production INC session to understand existing issues re-occurring in Production to adjust testing techniques and proactively updating tests scripts to focus on scenarios causing issues in Production
• Coordinate tasks performed by Non-functional testing team including capacity planning and management, test resources work allocation across domain leads per demands and plans
• Cooperate closely with Test Data Management and Lower Environment Management Lead(s) to define reliable conditions and scale of environment that will be used for Non-Functional tests
• Lead a team, shares knowledge and mentor the team on best practices
  

What We Expect: 

• 3 years’ experience with hands on performance testing
• 2 years’ experience in leading others
• Advanced experience in using performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadUI, LoadRunner etc.
• Advanced experience in software testing
• Good knowledge in HTTP, HTTPS, XML, SOAP
• Proficient in scripting Java and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of System Architecture 
• Good understanding of user behavior
• Very good leadership and communication skills
• Result and customer orientated attitude
• University degree or any other higher educational background in Computer Science or any other related field
•  Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
