Your mission at Cloudmore:
As a key member of the Customer Operations Team at Cloudmore, your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction by managing and resolving support incidents within agreed-upon timelines. Happy clients = successful Cloudmore.
Your main responsibilities:
- Monitor, classify, and resolve incoming help desk tickets both independently and in collaboration with fellow team members to closure using available service tools.
- Identify and document bugs in the platform and work with engineering and product teams to resolve these issues.
- Become a focal point for other teams that required advice on Cloudmore APIs.
- Generate and prepare internal and external customer reports and proposals as specified and required as per role requirements.
- Maintain and build technical relationships with other teams to maximize opportunities.
- Keep customer-facing teams up to date on all new API enhancements and features.
- Facilitate API training when features are released, new team members are hired, and gaps are identified.
- Meet deliverables set by the Senior Management Team on assigned activities.
- Maintain, update, and audit customer service tickets; document projects, write and contribute to knowledge base FAQs.
You are THE Cloudmorian if you have:
- 2+ years experience in supporting external users/customers of software products
- Fundamental understanding of IT applications, databases, and APIs
- Experience with SQL scripting and querying
- Understanding of HTTP protocol and the ability to execute REST API calls via the command line or 3rd party tool
- Higher Educational level study in IT/ computing (or other relevant) discipline or the equivalent professional experience
