-Language skills: Estonian, Finnish, English (Swedish language is an advantage)
-Good understanding of customers expectations;
-Computer literacy;
-Team player as well as ability working independently;
-Open minded to a diversity of cultures;
-Ability to prioritise and perform multiple tasks, quick reaction, communication skills, proactiveness, diligence, flexibility, positiveness
- Ability undergo training process in Lithuania
- Preferably start working ASAP
Job description
- Registration of the new claims;
- claims administration and monitoring;
- customers' data base administration;
- communication and counselling of insured clients;
- communication with foreign institutions and partners regarding claims management
- decision making in closing the cases in respect of insurance indemnity;
