Modirum is a software and consulting company specializing in secure authentication software products, consulting and services. We are a multinational company working mainly remotely and we have colleagues in 15 countries. Our support and development teams work from Estonia, Finland, Greece, India, Philippines, Pakistan, Singapore, South Africa, Ukraine and US. Our hosting centres are located in Norway and Estonia; sales representatives work from Estonia, Cyprus, UK, US and UAE. As we are growing, we are looking to add more talent in the company.

We are looking for an Accountant / Assistant to join our team.

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Invoicing clients, keeping track of payments
  • Gathering data and preparing timely periodical and one-time reports
  • Solving payment-related problems
  • Providing support to our Sales Director regarding different projects and administrative tasks
  • Following-up with clients, agreeing meetings and calls, tracking communication
  • Handling client complaints
  • Ensuring our client and company related documentation is up-to-date
  • Organizing travels, events and company related meetings
  • Organizing promotional events, working with online channels and preparing marketing materials
  • Being the point of contact to our people and external customers regarding administrative and accounting related questions
  • Keeping an eye on our small office in Tallinn – ordering necessary equipment and supplies

Qualities we are looking for:

  • Higher education in business administration
  • Excellent command of English (both verbal and in writing)
  • Basic understanding of accounting
  • Strong analytical skills and punctuality
  • Strong ownership regarding tasks given
  • Excellent communications and problem solving skills
  • The ability to work independently, proactively and also being a team player
  • Ability to learn quickly and have excellent stress tolerance
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel

Beneficial skills:

  • Experience in banking and information technology field is an advantage
  • Project management skills
  • B2B sales skills
  • Experience in HCL Notes (former IBM Notes/Lotus Notes)
