Therefore, we're welcoming a Surveillance Operator to protect the assets and interests of Bombay Studio and Bombay Group.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be 

• Monitoring and analysis via digital recording systems and direct observations of all Non-gaming, Gaming, and Cash handling areas in the Bombay Group venues, reporting on any illegal or suspicious activity under compliance with the local laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality
• Monitoring illegal or suspicious activity of Team Members and customers, gaming and cash handling areas, and point of sale areas
  
• Monitoring the integrity of gaming and cash handling functions through observing, auditing transactions, and reporting procedural violations, etc., as well as archiving footage pertaining to casino incidents
• Ensuring all reports are completed in a timely manner and filed appropriately; ensuring the awareness of team leaders of incidents of note according to the established reporting requirements
• Promoting a professional image of the Surveillance Team, providing backup support to all Team Members, and handling all situations with the required confidentiality
• Upholding all information conveyed in Surveillance Department with strict confidentiality
• Monitoring and communicating with security personnel in crises
  
• Executing Emergency Response Plan in crises and Practices Health & Safety guidelines
  
• Being aware of all gaming and building-related policies, procedures, and regulations
• Training junior staff in the surveillance department for various options available in the CCTV systems

✔️ Other duties

• Make sure all the technical devices (computers, iPads, etc.) are closed when away, so access to data wouldn't be possible without proper authorization
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management
