As a Manager of Reliability Engineering You will:

• Optimize & maintain methodologies for Reliability testing
• Facilitate the implementation of the reliability strategy across manufacturing operations to enable world class reliability testing capabilities
• Lead on-site growth of reliability concepts within organization and to design and implement long-term continuous improvement systems
• Develop LAB capabilities and technology based on roadmap & requirements
• Actively establish relevant interfaces needed for business execution & development and deploy necessary and vital interfaces towards eg. R&D, Test development
• Maintain good cross functional communication with Stakeholders
• Manage Team resource & competence development according to business requirements
• Find improvements and cost saving areas for engineers

In this role, it is important You have:

• 5 - 7 years of related experience in a Manufacturing environment, preferably Production of Electronics or closely related industry
• Highly developed understanding of HW Reliability methodologies and implementation to drive continuous improvement
• Experience and knowledge of HALT\HASA\HASS
• Engineering mindset, Technical understanding of Electronic Products specification and documentation
• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field such as Mechanical, Electrical, Test, Manufacturing or Production Engineering is highly desired
• Lean and/or Six Sigma Certifications preferred
• Good negotiating & motivating skills
• Experience in leading a team
• Capacity to understand a range of Engineering functions & procedures
• Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
