Your skills and experience

*Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
*Well-organized with multi-tasking skills.
*Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, team player and good time-management skills
*Experience working with budgets
*Experience in hospitality management or similar relevant field
*Fluent English (Spoken and written) is obligatory 

Your role

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Plan and organize events in accordance with financial budgets
• Document each step along the organization, such as budget approval, coordinating with the hosting team, briefing the event, etc.
• Keep the Events Calendar always updated and ensure constant communication with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with local Country Managers, as well as Marketing Managers, on the best event opportunities by local importance
• Research and book appropriate venues, hotels, flights, etc. according to said budget, as well as estimate costs for approval process
• Create agenda of best activities to be covered by clients and hosts during the event, after gathering feedback from the hosts beforehand
• Negotiate deals and special discounts with vendors with whom we have frequent business
• Oversee the success of the event and be available throughout the event locally for any last-minute changes or adjustments needed
• Coordinate and supervise the event’s well organization by offering solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
• Collect post-event feedback from participants and document it, as well as make adjustments based on that if needed
• Create and present event performance reports
• Track the overall event and gift expenses, as well as give regular updates on the budget status
