Being part of Corporate Credit Products Department, Credit Monitoring Unit is looking proactive and result oriented colleague to Estonia for Senior Credit Controller position for supporting Corporate Banking Customers.


Main responsibilities:

  • Performing Pan-Baltic credit controls 
    • Performing internal controls in corporate credit risk are
    • Applying different control methods, analyzing data
    • Working in co-operation with other controller
    • Agreeing remediation actions with stakeholder
    • Creating and presenting results of the controls
  • Maintaining and developing of agreed upon credit monitoring processes
    • Developing a vision of credit monitoring processes
    • Creating requirements and maintaining documentation
    • Analyzing processes with data-tools and validating of existing rules
    • Supporting front-line
    • Reporting about processes under own supervision

Skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in corporate credit risk or credit controlling within banking/finance industry (3+ years)
  • Good knowledge in credit regulations 
  • Education in business administration or economics (or similar)
  • Experience with data maintenance
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Effective communication (esp. listening and persuasion) and excellent writing skills
  • Professional proficiency in English and in Estonian language

Additionally:

  • Readiness to work from Tallinn HQ (1-2 times a week)
