- Minimum diploma holder in any discipline

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in maritime industry

- Good written and verbal communication skills in Estonian, English and Russian

- Proactive, take initiative and well-orginezed

- Abilioties to multi-task and work independently in a stressfull environment

In this role you will be responsible for the recruitment, engagement and operational management of the Deck and Engine crew in accordance with the Company procedures.

As Crew Operator your primary function is to ensure effective day-to-day crew recruitment and operation based on quality for each individual vessel and seafarer.
