Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to our BA Prototyping department to enable the data-driven decision-making processes within Ericsson.

Your role will include analyzing and improving the data sources, integrating with business processes and delivering key insights about factory processes to stakeholders. We work in cross-functional teams with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing.

As a Data Analyst, you will:

* Work closely together with business people and engineers: help them leverage data and analytics tools to solve their problems
* Analyze data and map data sources
* Work with product and performance data
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Build the capabilities for fast and reliable data solutions
* Be the ambassador for data-driven decisions

To succeed in this role, you should have:

* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Are skilled user of MS Office (especially Excel)
* Good understanding of data systems and databases, also data structures and modeling
* Innovative, collaborative mindset
* Ability to document your work in easy to read and understand text
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Fluent English, other languages will be an advantage

Beneficial to have:

* Experience working with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau
* Knowledge of math, probability and statistics
* Education in the field of engineering or computer science
