We are looking for analysts in Tallinn and Tartu. We have interesting and challenging projects in collaboration with the Estonian Transport Administration, Elering, and Ministry of Finance.

🐱Previous experience in Business or Systems Analysis at least 2 years
🐱Basic SQL query skills and experience with relational databases
🐱Demonstrated client focus and relationship management skills
🐱Good communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts
🐱Team-oriented and collaborative
🐱Good written and verbal Estonian
🐱Bachelor’s degree would be an advantage

🐾Collaborate with business partners to understand business workflows in detail, prioritize work, and document the detailed system requirements
🐾Translate business needs into technical specifications and designs
🐾Work with engineers, analysts, consultants, and stakeholders to solve problems and deliver solutions
🐾Participate in backlog estimation, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective, and agile scrum best practices
🐾Collaborate with the development team in creating epics, user stories, and estimating the backlog
🐾Track, execute, resolve, and report on support and enhancement requests, in a timely and thorough manner
