As the ideal candidate for this position, you have:
At least 4 years of proven working experience as Python developer
Knowledge and experience with various Python libraries and modules
Experience working with Tornado framework
Familiarity with front-end framework Vue.JS or similar
Knowledge of ORM and relational databases
Previous experience in software technical design and/or architecture
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and communicate efficiently within a team.
Beneficial experience and skills:
Previous working experience as Scrum Master and/or team lead
Experience working professionally with complex enterprise software systems
Your responsibilities will include:
Design and implement solutions, validate software functions using suitable tools and techniques
Onboard, guide and coach team members, encourage improvements and quality-oriented approach
Keep the big picture together in cooperation with the team, Product Owner and stakeholders
Suggest and maintain technical backlog including debt and enhancements
Improve and develop own skills and overall process performance
