Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department activities
  • Understanding company products and brands
  • Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects
  • Assisting in organizing traditional or digital campaigns and developing marketing strategies
  • Assisting in the organizing of promotional events
  • Collaborating with medical, sales and other functions in business development processes
  • Collaborating with Finance Manager to assure all documentation is correct and templates are updated when onboarding
  • Managing and documenting the processes in cooperation with Finance and IT

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Estonian
  • Strong oral and written knowledge of English
  • Excellent computer literacy with special emphasis on MS Office
  • Proven experience as a marketing/administration assistant
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adherence to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent skills in time management, planning and managing budgets
  • Good listening skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
