- participation in client meetings in order to figure out client's needs;

Requirements
- knowledge of Estonian language (C1);
- knowledge of English language (B2);
- at least 2 years of work experience as a Recruiter;
- solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
Beneficial
- knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage.
