RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installation and configuration of computer workstations, printers and other peripheral equipments;
- Workstation maintenance and incidents resolution;
- Printers maintenance and incidents resolution;
- Collaboration with computer users to provide technical support and to assist in the resolution of software and hardware problems;
- Consumer consultation on the use of IT equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years experience in installing, configuring, maintaining and testing printers and computer workstation hardware, software and other peripheral equipment;
- Good English and Estonian language skills;
- Capability to find solutions for customer requests even in extraordinary situations;
- Excellent communication skills and supportive personality;
- Driver license.
