WHAT YOU SHALL DO
- Introduction and implementation of new electronics surface mount products in cooperation with project and production team (NPI)
- Coordination and information exchange between the project team and the Tallinn production unit
- Coordination of prototypes and builds
- Work on problems encountered by prototyping and feedback to project team and suppliers
- Analysis and improvement of technical & quality problems during implementation of PCBAs
and serial production - Taking part in preparing and updating of work instructions and process documentation
- Participating in the development, instructing and continuous improvement of production methods
