Excellent communication skills;

Experience as an office administrator, assistant or relevant role will be considered as advantage.

Keeping track of inventories, office maintenance, ticket system and invoices;
Working with office safety – fire and risk prevention, security and alarm systems;
Point of contact for colleagues, suppliers and landlords;
Organize phone calls and correspondence such as e-mail, letters, packages;
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
Help with organizing company events.
