You have a very good level of Finnish, both spoken and written and your English is at least on a B2 level.

You will set up new customer accounts, maintain masterdata, assess credit risk, cooperate with our collection partner, handle customer claims, update credit info, take proactive approach towards customer portfolio follow up and perform other related ad-hoc activities.

You communicate daily with customer centers (internal customers), end customers (external customers) and our collection partner via email and telephone, ensuring high quality customer service.
