Job Description
We are looking for an organised, reliable, and proactive Housekeeper & Household Assistant to join our young family and help maintain both our home in Kadriorg and our office space in Rotermann.
This is a full-time position (up to 40 hours per week), ideal for someone who values flexibility and takes pride in creating beautifully clean, organised, and welcoming spaces.
The primary focus of the role is cleaning and housekeeping, but we are also looking for someone who enjoys practical day-to-day tasks — from keeping the home running smoothly to assisting with small errands that make family life easier.
The role is based across 4–5 working days per week.
Salary:
- Full-time position (approximately 160 hours/month)
- Gross salary: €1,500 per month
Who We Are Looking For
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experienced in residential and/or office cleaning
- Able to work independently
- Committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards and paying attention to detail
- Capable of managing cleaning tasks efficiently and consistently
- Applications are welcome from both experienced cleaners and individuals with a strong sense of cleanliness and order.
Requirements:
- English and/or Estonian language skills
- Availability to work 2–3 times per week
Responsibilities
Cleaning & Housekeeping
- General cleaning and maintenance of the home and office
- Vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, and surface cleaning
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Maintaining overall cleanliness and organisation
- Laundry and simple household organisation
- Bed making and linen changes
- Ensuring all spaces remain tidy, presentable, and well maintained
- Window cleaning (twice per year)
- Office upkeep and organisation
Household Assistance & Errands
- Collecting and organising parcels or deliveries
- Grocery shopping and purchasing household supplies (expenses covered)
- Coordinating small household tasks and errands
- Helping maintain a calm, organised, and welcoming home environment
About You
- Excellent command of English and Estonian
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and discreet
- Comfortable around children (we have a baby under 1 year old; no childcare required)
- Comfortable around dog(we have one small dog)
- Physically able to perform cleaning and organisational duties
- Holds a valid driving licence
