100% Remote (Working hours: 07:00 – 15:00 Tallinn Time)

Promotype is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the European market. Your primary focus will be identifying, approaching, and securing new B2B partnerships with blue-chip companies across the EU. This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility of working from home while remaining part of a tight-knit, daily-synced team.

What We Are Looking For
  • Language Skills: High-level English proficiency (written and spoken) is essential. Estonian language skills are not mandatory but are considered a significant benefit.
  • Tech-Ready: You must have your own reliable laptop. (Professional headphones for our daily video sessions will be provided by us).
  • Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a plus, but we are open to motivated individuals who are quick learners and have a natural talent for sales.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to maintain a disciplined 07:00 – 15:00 (Tallinn time) schedule in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and target high-value B2B prospects (Blue Chip companies) within the EU.
  • Conduct outreach and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
  • Participate in daily video strategy sessions.
  • Represent Promotype professionally in all English-language communications.
