Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team as a Dental Sales Representative.
This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for business development, and client engagement.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential leads, promoting our products, and closing deals. This is a full-time role with commission-based compensation and a basic monthly allowance.
What we offer

- Monthly Salary: A basic monthly allowance will be provided
- Petrol/Transportation: All business expenses such as (petrol, transportation, etc, business trips etc.) will be compensated.
- Training Program: Selected candidates will be provided with training.
- Mobile Phone: You will be provided with a phone & corporate SIM card.
- Product Samples: You will be provided with product samples and Demo models to assist in demonstrating the offering to potential clients.
- Ongoing Technical Support: Our specialists will be available to assist you with any technical or product-related questions, ensuring you are fully supported when engaging with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients and business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Present and demonstrate our products using samples provided by the company.
- Follow-up and the close of sales deals in coordination with the company’s logistics team.
- Achieve annual and month sales plans by closing deals with new customers and supporting regular customers.
- Represent the company professionally in all engagements and communications.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system and provide regular updates to management.
