Job Description

PowerUP Energy Technologies is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play an important part in expanding our sales activities and conquering new markets. This is a full-time on-site position at our headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia. We want you on board if you are passionate about technology, sustainability, and sales!

Requirements

  • The successful candidate must already be located in Estonia and available for full-time, onsite work to effectively support the team. (Please note that we are unable to provide work permits for this position.)
  • A bachelor's degree (or ongoing studies) in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B tech company is essential.
  • A trustworthy, well-organised, and proactive approach, with a passion for engaging potential clients and conducting independent research.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages (such as Estonian, German, French, Italian or Spanish) is a strong advantage.
  • A proven track record of business development success through the effective use of core sales tools, including Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outplay, Apollo, and Surfe.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance processes and communication workflows.
  • Prior experience working at a fast-growing startup is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive PowerUP’s growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
  • Execute multichannel outbound sales campaigns (cold call, email, LinkedIn etc)
  • Initiate and conduct discovery calls to qualify leads before transferring them to sales managers.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with outreach activities and follow-up activities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
  • Identify prospects and add them to the CRM
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
