As a Project Manager, you are responsible for making complex software projects succeed. You don’t just coordinate, you drive clarity, momentum and outcomes. You’ll have a portfolio of clients: a few larger projects and several smaller “maintenance-style” clients. You work closely with key account managers, engineering team and clients to define direction, align priorities and ensure smooth execution from idea to delivery.

- Managing scope, budget and timeline according to agreements
- Tracking progress, workload and billable hours
- Ensuring efficient use of team capacity
- Running planning sessions, reviews and stakeholder meetings
- Keeping documentation and agreements structured and up to date
- Ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed
- Identifying risks early and proactively solving them
- Making trade-off decisions when needed
- Keeping multiple parallel initiatives under control
You understand how digital products are built and can zoom in and out, from high-level strategy to practical implementation questions.
This role fits you if you
- Take full ownership of outcomes
- Are highly proactive and independent in your work
- You’re comfortable with switching context and keeping tiny requests tiny and big features within scope
- Can manage multiple parallel topics without losing structure
- Are comfortable making decisions and standing by them
- Communicate clearly in both Estonian and English
- Are genuinely curious about industries like manufacturing, forestry, logistics or e-health
What we offer
- Hybrid work setup - flexibility in how you organise your time, with regular in-office collaboration
- High-impact projects with strong international clients in industries where digital solutions truly improve real-world operations
- A smart, supportive team that values professionalism, direct communication and getting things done. Plus regular team events!
