Requirements for candidates

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and support, including managing a team of account managers or customer support agents, ideally in a global or tech/SaaS environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, with hands-on experience working as an account manager and/or customer support agent
  • Experience in partner sales and affiliate programs
  • Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and KPIs
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong customer-first focus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Job description

Have you proven yourself as a customer relationship superstar and are ready to take the next step? Our new Head of Sales & Operations is a true leader in managing customer relationships across 26+ countries and in supporting account managers in their daily work.

We are looking for a Global B2B Head of Sales & Operations to take full ownership of our daily LEI operations across multiple websites and digital channels. You will play a key role by owning the entire customer journey, partner relationships, and the quality of our customer support. You will be responsible for scaling revenue, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-growing international environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Own end-to-end client operations and all client communication, ensuring timely service delivery, clear messaging, and effective issue resolution
  • Oversee daily LEI-related services
  • Lead and manage remote teams of account managers by setting priorities, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing support
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new account managers, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to processes
  • Design, optimize, and document operational workflows to keep teams, systems, and daily execution aligned and running smoothly
  • Collaborate closely with the IT team to report, track, and resolve internal bugs, platform issues, and application errors
  • Ensure smooth payment operations, including dispute and chargeback handling, payment verifications, and daily payment flows
  • Oversee and continuously improve the tools, systems, and vendors supporting operational processes
  • Manage the affiliate and partnership program, including identifying new partners, onboarding, relationship management, and overseeing monthly reporting and payouts
  • Support leadership by executing new projects and operational initiatives
