- Strong multitasking skills and experience managing multiple projects in parallel

- A good command of Estonian and English
In this role,
you will take ownership of software development projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate requirements into clear functional and technical solutions. You will define, document, and manage development and testing tasks to ensure high-quality deliveries. Acting as the key link between clients and development teams, you will keep projects on track, remove obstacles, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
