We are now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our WP North Sales and Customer Service unit. This position is located in Tallinn but we work combining office days and remote work. We are looking for a person for a fixed time position to cover maternity leave, starting March 2026.
About the position
Initially when you join, we will support you with all the tools and trainings that you will need in order to provide high level customer service. Once fully equipped, you will in this role daily be co-operating with our sales and supply chain team where you oversee our Order Fulfilment process, offers while assuring high customer satisfaction.
The customer is our highest priority, we expect you to bring a proactive customer service attitude to in a timely manner help resolve any issues or assist with practical solutions to the customer.
You will provide pre- and post-sale customer service and support to business and/or end-consumer customers via phone, online chat or text. Activities include facilitating resolutions of complex issues requiring research and follow-up with customer, discretely managing complaint resolutions with customers and utilizing other contact center complaint handling units to assist in complaint resolution. Activities further include acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments related to specific customer orders, responding to a high volume of low complexity general inquiries and providing responses to customer inquiries. Furthermore, recommends alternative products or services (e.g., warranties) as part of customer issue resolution.
Additional work tasks include:
- Close cooperation with Sales team and customer
- Creation of invoices and credit notes
- Export document handling
- Creation and follow up of reports and statistics
- Monitor customer credit limits & overdue payments
- Maintain customer related system data
- Contribute to process improvement projects and automation initiatives
- Work with Customer Relationship Management

We see that you have working experience from similar roles, preferably in a global context. Estonian and English proficiency both written and verbal is a must. We work in a fast-paced environment and therefor it’s good that you are receptive to change and show flexibility to adjust to unforeseen events. You are able to effectively plan, execute, monitor and control order related activities. Additionally, you are conscientious and you have a high focus on data quality and strong time management skills.
Knowledge in MS Office and common MS Office programs is necessary to have. Any insight about customer’s industry and Stora Enso’s products are considered an advantage.
