Responsibilities

At Waybiller, we believe great customer support is more than answering questions - it’s about creating meaningful partnerships with our users. We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who combines empathy, curiosity, and tech-savviness to help logistics companies work smarter.

What You’ll Do
  • Help our customers succeed by solving technical and workflow-related issues via chat, email, and phone.
  • Be a strategic partner - share feedback and insights that help improve our product and customer experience.
  • Maintain and grow our internal knowledge base to make onboarding and self-service smoother.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to streamline processes and elevate support quality.
  • Track and improve customer experience metrics.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You’re empathetic, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping others.
  • You have excellent communication skills - in both Estonian and English. Russian is a plus!
  • You’re comfortable learning new digital tools and systems.
  • You stay calm under pressure and love solving puzzles.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech support is a plus, but curiosity and willingness to learn matter more.
