Your Role:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Backoffice Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth internal operations and supporting various business functions. Key Responsibilities:

Accuracy and Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.
Accounting Assistance: Support the finance team with basic accounting tasks and reconciliations.
Document Management: Organise, maintain, and process company documentation.
Onboarding Assistance: Facilitate onboarding processes for new partners and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating logistics and supply chain activities.
Management Support: Provide administrative assistance to management as needed.

Requirements:

Languages: Proficiency in Russian, good command in English and Estonian.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience in back-office operations or similar roles.
Skills:
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education: No formal degree required, practical experience and skills matter most.
