What Youll Do
- Sell with purpose: inspire travelers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect voyage
- Engage, dont push: no cold calls here; our guests already want to travel with us!

What You Bring
- Excellent English communication skills (C1+)
- A sales-driven mindset, you love helping people make decisions and taking action
- Confidence on the phone and in writing
- Experience in travel, tourism, or sales is a plus, or just a natural talent for connecting with people
- A goal-oriented, positive, and adaptable attitude

- Base salary from €1575/month + uncapped monthly bonuses

What You Bring
- You speak English fluently (C1+ level).
- You enjoy sales and get energy from helping people decide and take action.

Working hours:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) and includes weekend work as part of a rotating shift schedule to ensure coverage during opening hours.
Shifts are between:
- MON to SUN 06:30 to 22:00
Additional information
- Earning: Base salary from 1575 EUR /per month (gross), plus sales commission.
- Start date 08.12.2025.
