We are Building Something New: Join Us! Position: Agile Team Lead
At the heart of our innovative iGaming platform development, we are excited to invite a skilled and dedicated Agile Team Lead to be a part of our dynamic team.
You will report to and collaborate with our Engineering Manager and will take responsibility for managing the engineering team in non-technical aspects.
This is not just another role it is a chance to be part of something from the start, to contribute and shape a new project.
What You Will Do:
People & Development
- Conduct ongoing 1-on-1 reviews and feedback sessions with team members.
- Create and maintain personal development plans to support professional growth.
- Support and guide team members in their career advancement and development.
- Carry out regular team engagement and health checks (e.g., surveys, retrospectives).
Hiring & Onboarding
- Take responsibility for the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes within the team.
- Actively engage in interviews and the recruitment process.
- Support talent acquisition by collaborating with HR/recruitment partners.
Daily Team Support
- Act as the first point of contact in the team for questions and challenges.
- Assist the team with daily challenges, blockers, and decision-making.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Foster team culture by organizing team events and activities.
Agile Ways of Working
- Facilitate team ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, planning sessions, demos, retrospectives).
- Encourage Agile best practices, helping the team continuously improve processes.
- Support backlog refinement in collaboration with the Product Owner/Stakeholders.
- Actively work to remove impediments and blockers for the team.
- Promote transparency by ensuring progress, risks, and priorities are visible.
- Coach the team towards self-organization, ownership, and accountability.
- Ensure that the team delivers incremental value while maintaining a sustainable pace.
