Requirements

Responsibilities

As a CRM Manager at Wallester, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of B2B clients using our Wallester Business platform. Your primary mission will be to build long-term, trust-based relationships, support clients in scaling their transaction volumes, and ensure the seamless delivery of our services.
 
You will proactively monitor account performance, guide clients in their decision-making processes, and act as a strategic partner in identifying new opportunities for growth. The role also involves managing contract negotiations, resolving complex client issues, and serving as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
 
Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Development of the client Wallester Business portfolio
  • Build trusted relationships with clients
  • Guiding clients in their decision-making process
  • Configure business cases and confirm integration flow
  • Collect and prepare KYC/AML documents for Compliance review
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
  • Reach out to existing clients daily, for retention and potential upsell purposes
  • Proactively expand business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue delegations/escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment
  • Operate independently on a day-to-day basis
