The Role

Join our Onboarding Team supporting technical systems used by sports teams, leagues, and federations globally. You'll handle installations and ongoing technical support, bringing both customer service and tech skills to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Do:
  • Onboard new leagues, federations, and partners to Genius Sports products.
  • Set up and support streaming integrations and the Genius IQ analytics platform.
  • Configure technical setups, manage timelines, and deliver smooth project handovers.
  • Run product training for internal teams and clients.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Commercial teams to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and training materials.
  • Prepare for new sports seasons, respond to client requests, and resolve or escalate technical issues as needed.

What Were Looking For:
  • Strong understanding of how sports competitions operate (Football, Basketball, Volleyball, NCAA, etc.).
  • Experience onboarding users to tech products or platforms with hands-on training.
  • Familiarity with video streaming (codecs, resolutions, delivery protocols).
  • Comfortable using APIs and navigating technical documentation.
  • Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Gmail, Monday.com.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
