Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Waiters/Waitresses to ensure our guests enjoy impeccable service as they start their day and savor midday meals. If youre passionate about hospitality and creating memorable moments, we invite you to join our team!

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and assist with seating arrangements.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders at the table, paying attention to any special requests, dietary restrictions, or allergies.
• Promptly relay orders to the kitchen staff, ensuring accurate preparation and timely service.
• Periodically check on guests during their meal, offering refills on coffee, tea, or other beverages, and ensuring they have everything they need.
• Clear plates, utensils, and other items from tables as guests finish, maintaining a clean and organised breakfast/lunch area.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

What we expect from you:

• Previous experience as a Waitress in table service.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling courteous and attentive interactions with guests to enhance their breakfast/lunch experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service, even during busy breakfast hours.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team, contributing to a positive and efficient breakfast service environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry.
• Medical Certificate for Food Operators required.
• Minimum age requirement of 21 years
