In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Lead initiatives and manage projects aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of corporate financing products by leveraging market trends and client insights;
- Oversee and initiate complex projects and assignments that contribute to the advancement of corporate financing products;
- Develop, implement, and coordinate a long-term vision and strategic roadmap for corporate financing products, grounded in comprehensive market research and close collaboration with relevant business units;
- Propose and execute new product initiatives in response to evolving market dynamics, working collaboratively across teams;
- Identify, assess, and pursue partnership and licensing opportunities to broaden product reach and drive business growth;
- Prepare and deliver strategic recommendations and analyses to executive leadership to obtain endorsement and necessary resources;
- Coordinate corporate financing product offerings and marketing campaigns at the Baltic regional level in cooperation with group units, including the management of price list adjustments.
- University degree in the field of economics/finance/business;
- More than 5 years experience in the area of corporate financing;
- Banking and finance work experience with good business results;
- Strong project management skills, counterparty and stakeholders management skills;
- Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, communication, and collaboration skills;
- Capability to develop innovative ideas, understand customer needs, and work cross-functionally;
- Ability to use Office software (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) on a good level;
- Proficiency in English for cooperation with Baltic and Group colleagues.
