What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our marketing team. You will play a key role in developing our affiliate network and optimizing traffic in a dynamic environment where challenges are exciting and results matter.
What you will do:
- Analyze the effectiveness of affiliate programs.
- Actively support current partners and attract new ones.
- Continuously search for new advertising spaces and traffic sources.
- Monitor traffic for fraud.
- Verify and approve payments.
- Maintain reporting.
- Participate in international exhibitions and conferences.
What we expect from you:
- A strong understanding of online affiliate program principles.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information.
- Excellent self-organization and time management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
