Job Description
We are looking for a candidate to support employee life cycle processes for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
You will be part of small team of 5 total employees, 3 of whom support Estonia.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in HR and wants to learn how this function works in a large multinational company. This role will also be helpful in learning more about local labor laws.
How you´ll make an impact
- You will be the first point of contact to employees and managers regarding general questions.
- You will be able to support the team while also learning from each one of us.
Your background
- Education & experience: during studies ( preferable HR connected area but not must, first intern experience
- Soft skills: good communication skills, customer oriented approach, good time management skills
- Tools experience: IT System experience( HR system as plus)
- Work approach: eager to learn
