- Deliver expert technical support to both third-party integrators and internal teams, serving as a key knowledge source for the Playtech Open Platform
- Diagnose and resolve both complex and straightforward technical issues with precision and efficiency
- Create, review, and validate high-quality technical specifications and documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
- Participate in product configuration activities, proactively identifying and correcting misconfigurations to maintain optimal system performance

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related technology field
- Demonstrate strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Possess an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience in software development or a related technology field, including knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of RESTful services, HTTP(S), WebSockets, and data formats like JSON
- Proficiency in using browser developer tools, including inspecting WebSocket traffic, JSON, and XML
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts
- Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Kibana

POP TEAM
Playtech Open Platform will help connect third-party content providers to Playtech, supply diverse content related to game development to licensees and charges for third-party content, and have an independent game launch cycle.
