Requirements
- Proven experience as a PR Manager or in a similar role in communications, journalism, or media relations.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content for press releases, articles, and executive communications.
- Solid understanding of media landscapes, particularly in B2B and/or regulated industries (e.g. fintech, tech, finance).
- Demonstrated experience securing high-quality media coverage and managing media relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align PR initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools, PR analytics platforms, and crisis communication planning.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, HR, or leadership teams.
Nice to Have
- Background in journalism or editorial work, especially with experience in business or financial media.
- Experience in B2B PR, including thought leadership campaigns and corporate storytelling.
- Understanding of SEO and how PR impacts digital brand visibility.

- Knowledge of compliance or regulatory considerations in media communications (e.g. in fintech or banking).
- Experience coordinating executive profiling and speaker placements at industry events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic, PR and communications plan aligned with the company's goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute press releases, speeches, opinion pieces, and other PR content.
- Act as the main point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests.
- Manage crisis communication efforts and reputation risk.
- Monitor and analyse media coverage; prepare regular PR performance reports.
- Organise and support press events, interviews, speaking engagements, and product launches.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure message consistency.
- Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives where relevant.
