We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner with a robust understanding of Technology Allocation Models and who will support the benchmarking, cost transparency and receiver understanding of Group Technology costs, participate in setting the pricing and charging framework & models to meet financial and business targets and facilitate planning, identification of cost drivers and impacts to business stakeholders.

As part of Group Finance, the Tech Financial Partnering team is the trusted advisor and strategic finance partner to Group Technology and its stakeholders at Nordea. You will join a team of dedicated and experienced Finance Partners with a global footprint across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Poland. Main responsibilities in this role:
  • Day-to-day management of Technology charging/allocations
  • Preparing actuals, forecasts, analysis and comments, running presentations, support business partners and receivers to understand allocations
  • Leading all aspects of Tech allocations such as cost allocation to services & applications, pricing, consumption and cost recovery
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Allocations model and Function
  • Supporting with updating the underlying allocations flow, transfer pricing models and benchmarking
  • Developing and maintaining robust model for Technology cost transparency & drivers, and their impact on Business stakeholders
  • Liaising with Business Areas to understand requirements and partner to support with valuable insights to drive results
 
Who you are
 
This is the right role for you if you enjoy working with a global team, in an evolving/dynamic environment while being comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to get things done, with focus on solutions and deliverables
 
Your background and skills include:
  • At least 10 years of experience with Technology Allocations and Finance Management
  • Experience with Technology Charging Models and Transfer Pricing principles
  • Experience with underlying Allocations flows
  • Education in Finance and Accounting is a plus
  • Working knowledge of common financial systems, cost center and consolidation standards, MS office tools
