A scenic restaurant situated ca 30 min drive of city of Tønsberg, Norway. The restaurant features a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere with seating for approximately 85 guests indoors and additional space on a spacious outdoor terrace.
The menu focuses on seasonal, homemade dishes with an emphasis on seafood, including specialties like fish soup and herring. Local ingredients are featured, and during certain seasons, dishes like whale steak are also offered.
Working in the kitchen with other cooks from Poland and Lithuania. Head chef is Polish. On the menu they have scallops, lobster soup, fish (catch of the day), beef tenderloin, Roasted Spring Chicken, hamburger, shrimp smørrebrød, Caesar Salad etc, different desserts like crème brule etc. Everything made from basic ingredients. The cook has to be able to work independently with a la carte and especially fresh fish. It is important that the cook is able give clear messages in either English or Polish when the heat goes on. They have to be experienced in a la carte with good quality food and the presentation on the plate is important. The restaurant holds 85 seats inside and can have almost similar on terrasse outside on sunny days. During July as many as 600- 800 dishes are produced per day. English language used.
