We are looking for employees for various positions all around Finnish Lapland. Well do our best to find an offer that matches your preferences.

We aim to find a position that suits your preferences. Assignments usually start in November or December and end in March.

Some employees work just for the busiest holiday season in December, while others start as early as October and continue through April.

Our positions are located throughout Lapland, especially in villages near ski resorts. Some of them are busier and cater to more youthful tourists, while others are for visitors seeking tranquility in the peaceful wilderness.

The city of Rovaniemi is the main city in the area for those who want the best of both worlds.

Typical contracts offer 90-112.5 hours per 3-week period, which translates to about 30-37.5 hours per week on average.

Salary usually ranges between €11-19/hour, depending on your role and experience.

The season is busiest during Christmas time and school holidays in February. The number of shifts fluctuates based on demand.

Winter in Lapland is cold, with temperatures typically ranging from -5°C to -30°C, and wind can make it feel even colder. Commuting to work usually requires some walking in the cold.

Well do our best to get job offers in the same company or town for you and your friend/partner. This also means you can share accommodation.

No work permit is needed. You will need to visit the tax office to get your Finnish social security number and tax card.

You can apply for a residence permit once you have a job contract.
