Your Role

The primary purpose of the Full Stack Software Engineer (m/w/d) is to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that enhance the company's digital ecosystem. The role is responsible for integrating various data sources to provide superior insights and service offerings. It ensures the implementation of modern technologies to facilitate faster market entry and higher automation levels. The position contributes to the company's strategic goals by delivering high-quality software solutions that support customer experience enhancement and market potential maximization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing any technical challenges that arise during development.
  • Engage in concentrated desk work focused on coding, debugging, and testing software applications using modern development tools and technologies.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and coordinate with remote colleagues as part of a cross-functional team environment.
  • Regularly interact with team members, product managers, and IT specialists to align on project requirements and deliverables.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Framework as React and advantage of Angular. 
  • Strong experience with back-end technologies, such as Quarkus, Java, or Spring Boot, and expertise in database management systems like SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Hands-on experience with messaging systems like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ for building event-driven architectures.
  • Intermediate knowledge of DevOps practices, including containerization (e.g., Docker), orchestration (e.g., OpenShift, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with AWS DevOps tools and services (e.g., ECS, EKS, CodePipeline, CloudFormation) is a nice-to-have.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira is a plus
