Were looking for a Product development specialist who is passionate about managing timelines, communication, and documentation for new and existing product development initiatives.

NB! You could be located in Tallinn or in Kuressaare.

What Youll Do:

Coordinate and monitor all phases of product development projects from concept to production ensuring all projects are delivered on time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, ASM, and Supply Chain
Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, and documentation
Organize and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
Support and organize product testing, prototyping, and sample evaluation processes
Assist in risk identification and issue resolution related to product development
Ensure that project data is accurately entered and updated in relevant systems
Contribute to process improvements and documentation best practices within the R&D function

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience in product development or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed research and testing.
Good project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Effective communication skills in English to liaise with suppliers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the product development space.
