About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in Estonia. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the fields of recruitment and workforce leasing, building long-term client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This is a key role in our company's expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, and workforce outsourcing.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposal writing, and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across various industries (logistics, manufacturing, services, retail, construction, etc.).
Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to adjust strategy accordingly.
Cooperate closely with internal recruiters and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Participate in local industry events and represent the company in business forums.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Estonian and Russian are must.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
Valid driver's license (Category B).
Willingness to travel across Estonia for client meetings.
