Job description
We are seeking a proactive sales team player to help expand our impact across global markets. In this role, you will be at the frontline of sales strategy and execution - identifying new opportunities, building strong partnerships, and turning prospects into long-term clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and directly engage with potential distribution partners to grow our network.
- Monitor distributor performance, provide continuous support, and follow up to ensure steady order flow.
- Offer technical and product guidance tailored to the needs of your assigned accounts.
- Customize sales presentations to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate on the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint areas for strategic expansion and promotion.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, and thorough documentation.
- Keep management informed with clear, results-oriented activity reports.
Requirements
- A positive, ambitious mindset with a passion for teamwork and results
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational abilities
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Word and PowerPoint
- A technical or engineering-oriented mindset
- Experience in B2B sales
- Knowledge of Estonian and/or Russian is plus
