Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated concrete element workers for versatile tasks in Heinola. As part of our professional team, you will be involved in various phases of manufacturing concrete elements and piles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Formwork, reinforcement, outfitting, casting, and finishing work
- Interpreting element drawings
- Using hand tools, machines, and equipment
- Ensuring quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in the construction industry, particularly in the production or installation of concrete elements, is an advantage but not mandatory
- Precision and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Good physical condition
- Own car for commuting to the workplace
