Our UX & Design team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us on our journey! 

Your day-to-day

•  Shape producct strategy by understanding used needs and using research insights to guide design decisions
• Create design deliverables from concepts to polished prototypes, ensuring high standards for usability and visual appeal.
• Develop and manage design systems to maintain consistency across different products and teams
• Lead user research and testing efforts to validate designs and inform iterative improvements
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and other stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale
• Mentor fellow designers, promote a collaborative team environment and help improve design processes

Your background and mindset

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience(UI/UX) focus, with a portfolio showing 1 case study
• Highly proficient with Figma and knowledgeable about current design tools and methods
• Skilled in using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design choices and balance strategy with detail
• Excellent English communication skills(written and verbal) for presenting ideas and collaborating effectively
• A proactive self-started with a strong work ethic, experience guiding other designers, and ability to connect design work to business goals
• Understanding of designing for various platforms. Previous experience in iGaming is a plus
