Chesterfield Poker Club operates under the Bombay Group umbrella but maintains its own distinct brand. Purpose of the role:

As a Croupier in Chesterfield Poker Club, you will be responsible for dealing and inspecting the games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, various Stud poker variations and other casino games on offer) at a very high standard to our guests.

How you will contribute: 

• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and professionalism without needing reminders.
• Execute and adhere to gaming protocols at the table and in all other operational aspects at all times.
• Monitor games and provide guidance to fellow croupiers when issues arise.
• Give and receive guidance effectively when required in the context of gaming operations.
• Understand customer needs and expectations, and be prepared to offer the best possible gaming experience.
• Consistently demonstrate an exceptionally friendly demeanor, evident in both gameplay and interpersonal interactions.
• Show empathy, flexibility, and respect in interactions with colleagues and guests.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience dealing VIP-level casino games such as Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and various Stud Poker variations.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role or successful completion of Bombay Groups internal training program or evaluation.
• Professional poise and clear, courteous communication at all timesboth with guests and within the team.
• Ability to keep colleagues informed through seamless and concise communication during daily operations.
• Strong focus on anticipating guest needs and delivering exceptional service to ensure high satisfaction.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Estonian is preferred, and additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Opening hours: Wednesday–Thursday 18.00-04.00, Friday–Saturday 18.00-06.00, Sunday 18.00-04.00
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
